I’m a Parent
Parent Coaching for Neurodivergent Families
Parenting a neurodivergent child comes with its own unique joys and challenges. It comes with navigating:
👉🏻 The overwhelm of parenting while dealing with a diagnosis
👉🏻 Supporting their emotions and navigating big feelings
👉🏻 Adjustments at home and school
👉🏻 Executive functioning difficulties, such as attention, organisation, self-awareness, following instructions…
You’re not alone in this. My neurodivergent parent coaching is a collaborative and supportive process designed to help you understand how your child’s brain works and what practical strategies you can put in place to create a calmer, more connected home.
With my background in behavioural science, executive functioning, and mindfulness principles, I will help you build real, lasting change for you and your family.
How Coaching Works
Over 6 or 12 weeks, we’ll work together using an executive functioning framework with behavioural science principles tailored to your family’s needs. This means:
✅ Understanding your child’s emotional energy and the why behind their behaviour
✅ Transforming your environment to suit your child rather than changing your child to suit their environment
✅ Transforming day-to-day challenges into manageable routines
✅ Building a toolkit of research-backed strategies to support both you and your child
Before sessions begin, I will provide you with your family’s tailored framework that I will be guiding you through.
1:1 Coaching for Your Child
In addition to parent coaching, I offer 1:1 coaching for children using an adapted framework that helps them:
💎 Understand how their brain works and how to be authentically themselves
💎 Develop the skills to navigate challenges
💎 Work collaboratively with me to find what support strategies work best for them
Together, we’ll empower them with executive functioning skills to thrive in daily life- whether that’s managing school, emotions, friendships, or routines.
