1:1 Neurodivergent Coaching

Whether you’ve just received a diagnosis, suspect you may be neurodivergent, or received a diagnosis in your childhood.

Existing in a neurotypical world with a brain that thinks, processes, and experiences the world differently can bring about unique challenges and strengths.

Whether you’re:

➡️ Feeling like you didn’t get a rulebook that everyone else did

➡️ Navigating overwhelm in work or your personal life

➡️ Thriving in some situations and surviving in others

➡️ Experiencing executive functioning difficulties, such as emotional regulation, rejection sensitivity, organisation, or memory

➡️ Tired of working against your brain and experiencing burnout in cycles

There is a safe space for you. Neurodivergent specific coaching is a collaborative and supportive process that helps you understand how your brain processes information, and how to work with it, instead of against it.

Through coaching you will develop tailored strategies to navigating challenges while honouring your strengths and learning how to advocate for yourself in a way that feels empowering.
