Parent CoachinG
Neurodivergent parent coaching is a collaborative and supportive process that helps you as a parent understand how neurodivergence affects your child.
It’s a safe space to understand what strategies you can put in place to overcome executive functioning challenges, such as emotional regulation, attention difficulties, forgetfulness, and following instructions.
With my educational and professional background, I integrate behavioural science, executive functioning and mindfulness principles to create lasting change for you and your family.
Alongside, parent coaching I offer 1:1 coaching with your child where I use an adapted framework to help them understand their brains and build the confidence they need to thrive.
A diagnosis isn’t needed.

Using a collaborative process based on behavioural science, executive functioning, and mindfulness. We will work together to bring a feeling of control to your day-to-day, whether that is at work or in your personal life. I will be your biggest cheerleader!

Creating an Inclusive Organisation
or
School
1 in 7 people are neurodivergent (The Donald Trust, 2024), so it is more important than ever to consider how our spaces create an environment that support everyone to thrive. Through speaking events, awareness and training sessions, or coming in to observe what reasonable adjustments you could make, I can help you to increase productivity, happiness, and overall wellbeing in your organisation.
