About Kate

I am Kate La Trobe, a Certified ADHD Executive Functioning Coach, Neuroinclusion Consultant and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, specialising in ADHD, Autism and learning differences. Over ten years I have supported children, families, adults and organisations across the UK and South Africa to embed inclusion, bridging lived experience with evidence-based practice.

Diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood, I understand what it is like to grow up feeling misunderstood. My aim in every session is to move the question away from "what is wrong with me?" or "what is wrong with this person?" and towards "what in this environment is not working?"
