If you’re unsure where to start, you’re not alone. These are some of the most common questions I get from leaders like you.
1. What does corporate neurodiversity training include?
Each session is tailored to your team’s needs and goals, from awareness and language to accommodations, communication, and inclusive leadership. Everything will be based on a discovery call, a team wide anonomous survey, you will get all materials and recordings included.
2. Do we need to be at a certain “stage” of DEI work to begin?
Not at all. Whether you’re starting from scratch or refining your approach, I’ll meet you where you are.
3. How long are the sessions?
This will also be based on your organisation’s needs, but sessions typically run for 60 minutes, with flexible scheduling options available. As well as half and full day options.
4. Can individual employees access coaching, too?
5. How do you measure impact?
Every program includes optional surveys and feedback tools to evaluate learning, retention, and confidence shifts before and after training.
